Won’t the cut pieces not match up perfectly to the non cut piece bc you aren’t accounting for the blade taking 1/16-1/8” out during the cut?

So would you have to cut a quarter inch off the parts you don’t bend for them to be the same width as the bent pieces? Assuming you have a 1/8th inch kerf.

WRONG TOOLS! Don't listen to this clowns advice. You don't use a hammer and chisel. You don't cut the caulking with a dull chisel. Use a sharp razor and a trim bar or trim puller www.amazon.com/s?k=trim+bar&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 . You will damage your walls and trim and end up doing drywall patching and repainting with his method. The dull chisel will not cut the paint properly and when you pull the trim you'll pull off chunks of paint. I won't even get into his 3 year old hammering skills. Also don't use a hammer like he did for that nail. You'll ding the wall like he was doing. Just one tiny slip and if it can't be hidden by the trim. You'll have to patch the ding, texture and paint.
